Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Bell Girl Designs. Please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Returns
We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, all sales on custom and personalized items are final. These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible returns unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Bell Girl Designs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Custom and personalized items are not eligible for exchanges.
